School books: right now, not every child has a book or even a copybook.
Nurtitious meals: Improve the quality of the lunches. Right now its pretty much rice with a small bit of vegetables.
School trips: Every school term, organize a trip for the students. E.g: the Zoo etc..
Operational lift: Hire someone on the ground who can help organize the school better, provide reporting etc… thinking $5-$7 per hour for 15 hours a month.
Enhance insight: improve their social media presence. Give us better access into the students day by day.
